*2025 Update* All of our garlic turned out a bit smaller than we hoped. This season, we will only be selling medium-sized bulbs, ranging from 1.5'' to 2''. You will get 11-13 bulbs per pound. Unfortunately, that's agriculture; sometimes things don't go as planned. But our garlic is still delicious, and we hope you think so too. It will still work as seed garlic, but you will get 1.5-2'' bulbs next season. 

Origins 

• An Italian variety brought back to Canada by Al Music in the 1980’s from his home land.

• Garlic flavor: Rich, garlicky, strong, robust and pungent with easy to peel jumbo cloves which are easy to use in the kitchen.

• Storing: Longer Storing until early spring

The bulb and clove amounts are ESTIMATES to help you determine how much garlic there is by weight for help with planting and spacing.

Approx. 6-8 bulbs per pound and 30-40 cloves per lb.
